Audit Committee Meeting - August 2014

On Friday, August 22, 2014, ANTAM's Audit Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin (Chairman of Audit Committee), Commissioner Zaelani (Vice Chairman of Audit Committee), members of the Audit Committee as well as ANTAM's management.

The meeting discussed, amongst other, final draft of the reviewed 1H14 financial statements, follow up to the operational audit and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
