E-Procurement

In conducting its business, ANTAM's requires synergy and cooperation between its partners and suppliers are needed to provide products and services that meet ANTAM's quality requirements at the right time, in the right location, and at a low cost. This helps ANTAM achieve one of its company missions, which is to produce high-quality products by maximizing added value through best industrial practices and excellent operations. 

One of the efforts made by ANTAM to enhance operational efficiency is improving supply chain management through information technology. 

The e-procurement solution has been designed for ANTAM's supply chain management to carry out the procurement process, per the Director's Decision No. 876.K/92/DAT/2024.

The e-procurement concept is a supply chain management process in which all procedures, such as approval and verification, are carried out electronically and automatically to create transparent communication between all parties involved in supply chain management. The implementation of e-procurement is expected to create a fair and transparent procurement process for goods and services.

The goods and services procurement management at the Company has implemented the ISO 37001: 2016 Anti-Bribery Management System and obtained ISO 37001 certification in 2020.

ANTAM hopes for full cooperation and support from all suppliers of goods and services to always comply with established regulations, compete fairly, and avoid speculative transactions in the e-procurement system.
