Eid al-Fitr 2025, ANTAM Holds Free Homecoming with Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources

Jakarta, March 27, 2025 – In order to welcome Eid al-Fitr 1446 Hijri, PT Aneka Tambang Tbk (ANTM) or ANTAM, a member of PT Mineral Industri Indonesia (Persero) (MIND ID), again held a free homecoming together with the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources in Jakarta  on March 27, 2025.

A total of ten buses were provided by ANTAM to ensure that the trips of 495 free homecoming participants could be carried out safely and comfortably.

ANTAM President Director, Nico Kanter said that this joint homecoming activity was carried out by ANTAM as a form of support for the government program in facilitating community mobility during the Eid moment.

“Today we are releasing people who take part in the joint homecoming program in three places simultaneously. The free homecoming program, which is carried out in synergy between ANTAM and the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises and the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, is carried out to help community who want to travel to their hometowns,” said Nico.

Together with the Ministry of State-Owned Enterprises, ANTAM provided five units of buses, four buses departed for Yogyakarta, while one bus departed for Malang. All buses departed simultaneously from Gelora Bung Karno Stadium (GBK) in Jakarta and ANTAM Head Office.

Meanwhile, together with the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources, ANTAM sent five buses where two buses departed for Magetan, two other buses to Kendal, and one bus to Malang. The five buses departed from the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources office in Jakarta. 

“Free homecoming activities are carried out by ANTAM every year to help community who have difficulty in paying for  transportation. This activity is part of the Corporate Social Responsibility program, especially on the social pillar,” he concluded.
