Audit Committee Meeting - December 2014

On Thursday, December 18, 2014, ANTAM’s Audit Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM’s Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin (Chairman of the Audit Committee), Commissioner Zaelani (Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee), members of the Audit Committee and management.

The meeting discussed amongst others, internal audit report, 2015 work plan of the Internal Audit Division and its alignment with the 2015 Audit Committee work plan and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM’s Board of Commissioners.
