Board of Commissioners Meeting - August 2014

On Tuesday, August 19, 2014, ANTAM held its monthly Board of Commissioners meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner R. Sukhyar, Commissioner Zaelani, Commissioner Robert Simanjuntak, Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin and Independent Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana. The meeting was also attended by ANTAM's President Director, Tato Miraza, Development Director Hendra Santika, Finance Director Djaja Tambunan, Operations Director Tedy Badrujaman, GA and CSR Director I Made Surata and HR Director Hari Widjajanto. The Secretary to the Board of Commissioners, Susy Pasaribu, also attended the meeting.

The meeting discussed, amongst othesr, follow up to the resolutions of previous meeting (July 23, 2014), ANTAM's 2030 Vision and Mission, development on the use of gas as alternative energy source, management's report as of July 2014, report on Director's foreign visit, and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
