On Friday, September 20, 2013, the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) Committee of PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ANTAM) held a monthly meeting, attended by the company's Board of Commissioners, Operation Director as well as related senior management officers. The meeting's agenda included the report on Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Asia Summit 2013 in Bangkok; planning report to determine the main focus of ANTAM's CSR, Environment & Post Mining (CSR-EPM) activities to increase the company's value; report on the follow up on the optimization of publications of ANTAM’s CSR-EPM activities through the company's website and other media; report of August 2013 activities and October 2013 work plan; report on the implementation of ANTAMs GCG Champion 2013 focus group discussion event; report of 2012 GCG Assessment and 2013 GCG Assessment plan; and the committee's 2014 work plan.
