GCG Committee Meeting - April 2014

On Thursday, April 17, 2014, ANTAM's GCG Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar, who is also the Committee's Chairman, Independent Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin who is Vice Chairman of the Committee, GA & CSR Director, I Made Surata, as well as managerial staffs. The meeting discussed , among others, progress of the follow up to the 2013 GCG assessment, plan of the induction program, report on the progress of the changes of the Company's Articles of Association, report on the review of the Pongkor Post-Mining program (utilization of Pongkor's infrastructures as training ground), plan of the inclusion of ANTAM's VP Corporate Sosial Responsibility as CSR Professionals in Asia, activity report of March 2014 and work plan for May 2014, report of External Relation programs with the local government, and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
