Internal Meeting of Board of Commissioners - September 2014

On Friday, September 19, 2014 ANTAM's Board of Commissioners held its monthly internal meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner R. Sukhyar, Commissioner Zaelani, Commissioner Robert Simanjuntak, Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin, Independent Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners Susy Pasaribu, consultant A. Dohar Siregar, members of the Audit Committee and members of the Risk Management Committee.

The meeting discussed, amongs others, strategic issues of the Risk Management Committee, strategic issues of the Audit Committee, follow up progress of the resolution/summary/recommendation of the previous Board's meeting and circular resolution of the Board of Commissioners, preparation of the joint Board of Commissioners-Board of Directors meeting dated September 19, 2014, and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
