Internal Meeting of the Board of Commissioners - July 2014

On Wednesday, July 23, 2014, ANTAM’s Board of Commissioners held its monthly internal meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM’s President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar, Commissioner Zaelani, Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin and Independent Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners, Susy Pasaribu, Consultant A. Dohar Siregar, and member of the GCG-NR Committee, Yunus Kusumahbrata.

The meeting discussed amongst other, strategic issues of the GCG-NR Committee, preparation of the BOC-BOD Joint Meeting on July 23, 2014, follow up of the decision/summary/recommendation of the BOC internal meeting on June 30, 2014 and circular decision of the Board of Commissioners, adjustment of the health facility of the members of the Board of Commissioners and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
