Internal Meeting of The Board of Commissioners - June 2014

On Monday, June 30, 2014, ANTAM's Board of Commissioners held its regular internal meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar, Commissioner Zaelani, Commissioner Velix Vernando Wanggai, Commissioner Robert Simanjuntak, Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin, Independent Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners Susy Pasaribu, Consultant A. Dohar Siregar, Members of the Audit Committee Mursyid Amal and Rukmana Nugraha Adhi, and member of the Risk Management Committee Brahmantio Isdijoso. The meeting discussed amongst others discussion of strategic issues of the Audit Committee, discussion of the resolution/summary/recommendation of the Board of Commissioners meeting dated May 30, 2014 and circular of the Board of Commissioners, report of the visits to the Southeast Sulawesi Nickel Mining Business Unit and the Pomalaa Ferronickel Plant Expansion project and preparation of the joint Boards meeting on June 30, 2014.

The meeting is held regularly minimum once a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
