Joint Meeting of Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee - May 2014

On Monday, May 26, 2014, ANTAM's Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee held a joint meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin (Chairman of the Audit Committee), Commissioner Zaelani (Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee) and Commissioner Robert A. Simanjuntak (Chairman of the Risk Management Committee) as well as ANTAM's management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, review of the unaudited 1Q14 financial reports, review of ANTAM's investment in projects, subsidiaries and affiliates, discussing financial performance, investment performance and construction progress. The meeting also discussed 2014 realization of the Internal Audit work plan as well as Internal Audit Charter.

The meeting is held at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
