Joint Pleno Meeting of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee - April 2015

On Friday, April 17 2015 ANTAM held a joint pleno meeting of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin (Chairman of the Audit Committee), Commissioner Zaelani (Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee), Commissioner Robert A. Simanjuntak (Chairman of the Risk Management Committee), Commissioner Velix V. Wanggai (Vice Chairman of the Risk Management Committee), members of the Audit Committee, members of the Risk Management Committee, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and management.

The meeting discussed amongst others, overview of ANTAM's financial conditions, performance of subsidiaries and affiliates, ANTAM's short term and long term liabilities, review of accounting treatment and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
