Joint Special Meeting of the Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee - November 2014

On Friday, November 28, 2014, ANTAM's Audit Committee and Risk Management Committee held a joint special meeting. The meeting was attended by members of the Audit Committee, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, the proposed 2015 budget, marketing plan of PT Indonesia Chemical Alumina's products, legal opinion of the 2015 budget and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
