On Monday, March 24, 2014, ANTAM held its monthly Board of Commissioner's meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar, ANTAM's Commissioner, Robert Pakpahan, ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Hikmahanto Juwana, ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin, ANTAM's President Director, Tato Miraza, Development Director, Hendra Santika, Finance Director, Djaja M. Tambunan, Operations Director, Tedy Badrujaman, GA & CSR Director, I Made Surata, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and expert staffs. ANTAM's Commissioner, Velix Vernando Wanggai, ANTAM's Commissioner, Zaelani and HR Director, Sutikno, were unable to join the meeting.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, management's performance report until February 2014, and other matters.

The meeting is a regular meeting held at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
