Meeting of The Nomination, Remuneration and HR Development Committee - April 2014

On Tuesday, April 22, 2014, ANTAM's Nomination, Remuneration and HR Development Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Hikmahanto Juwana, who is the Committee's Chairman, ANTAM's HR Director, Hari Widjajanto as well as management team members. Vice Chairman of the Committee, Velix Vernando Wanggai was unable to present at the meeting.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, monitoring and evaluation of 1Q14 KPI, monitoring and evaluation of individual KPI of 1Q14, monitoring and revision of business process related to improvement of ANTAM's competency, monitoring of the implementation of ANTAM Leadership Development Program, monitoring of the implementation of Knowledge Management, monitoring of the implementation of ANTAM Human Capital Information System (HCIS), and others.

The meeting is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners and held regularly at least once a month.
