Meeting of the Risk Management Committee - February 2015

On Wednesday, February 4, 2015 ANTAM's Risk Management Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Commissioner Velix V. Wanggai (Vice Chairman of the Risk Management Committee), Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin (Chairman of the Audit Committee), members of the Risk Management Committee, members of the Audit Committee and management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, the planned state equity injection and its alignment with ANTAM's long terms strategic plan, improvement plan of ANTAM's Risk Management competencies, development of dashboard monitoring and evaluation for projects and business units/units, and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
