Monthly Meeting of Risk Management Committee - June 2014

On Friday, June 20, 2014, ANTAM’s Risk Management Committee held its monthly meeting which was attended by ANTAM’s Commissioner, Robert A. Simanjuntak (Chairman of Risk Management Committee), Commissioner Velix Vernando Wanggai (Vice Chairman of Risk Management Committee) as well as management team. The meeting discussed amongs others, review from the Risk Management Division and Legal & Compliance Division on the proposed capital injection of PT Feni Haltim and PT International Mineral Capital, discussion on the use of heavy machineries from the North Maluku Nickel Mining Business Unit through borrow use mechanism, and discussion on the SOP development and use of capital injection of PT Feni Haltim.

The meeting is held regularly minimum twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
