Monthly Meeting of the GCG, Nomination and Remuneration Committee - May 2014

On Wednesday, May 28, 2014, ANTAM's GCG, Nomination and Remuneration Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Hikmahanto Juwana (Vice Chairman of the GCG-NR Committee) and ANTAM's management. The meeting discussed amongst others, monitoring and evaluation of the GCG implementation program as of May 2014, including follow up to the independent assessor review as well as implementation of the code of conduct. The meeting also evaluated the progress of the grading system implementation, progress of the development of HCIS as well as progress and pending matters of ANTAM's CSR activities.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
