Risk Management Committee Meeting - April 2014

On Wednesday, April 23, 2014, ANTAM's Risk Management Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Commissioner, Zaelani, who is the Committee's Chairman and Commissioner Robert A. Simanjuntak who is the Committee's Vice Chairman. The meeting discussed, amongst others, risk of higher electricity price and lower international gold price, selection of environmentally friendly and cost savings technology, risk mitigation for the next six months, including risk of the company's cash, internal review of the accomplishment of the Risk Management Committee work plan in 1Q14 and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
