Risk Management Committee Meeting - March 2014

On Friday, March 21, 2014, ANTAM's Risk Management Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Commissioner, Zaelani, who is also the Chairman of Risk Management Committee, whilst ANTAM's Commissioner, Robert Pakpahan (Vice Chairman of the Risk Management Committee) joined the meeting through video conference facility.

The meeting discussed, among others, review and discussion on progress of the establishment of new subsidiaries and control of strategic projects, discussion of the result of the internal control review of strategic projects and others.

The meeting is a regular meeting held at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
