Risk Management Committee Monthly Meeting - January 2015

On Thursday, January 15, 2015, ANTAM’s Risk Management Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM’s Commissioner, Robert A. Simanjuntak (Chairman of the Risk Management Committee), members of the Risk Management Committee and management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, business plan and its relationship with ANTAM’s financial needs, risk and implication toward the company’s growth strategy, Key Risk Indicators (KRI) and risk monitoring on business units and subsidiaries, development of the ANTAM Risk Management System (ARMS) as risk management tools, and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
