Special Meeting of Audit Committee - November 2014

On Friday, November 14, 2014, ANTAM's Audit Committee held its special meeting which was attended by members of the Audit Committee, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and management.

The meeting discussed, among others, program synchronization between Internal Audit and Audit Committee, preliminary discussion on the Company's 2015 budget, detailed discussion on the work plan of Audit Committee, and others.

The meeting is held on a regular basis at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
