Special Meeting of the Audit Committee - April 2015

On Friday, April 24, 2015, ANTAM’s Audit Committee held a special meeting. The meeting was attended by members of the Audit Committee, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and management.

The meeting discussed amongst others, asset write offs and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
