Special Meeting of the Audit Committee - April 2015 (2)

On Tuesday, April 29, 2015, ANTAM’s Audit Committee held a special meeting. The meeting was attended by members of the Audit Committee, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners as well as management.

The meeting discussed amongst others, first quarter 2015 financial report and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
