Special Meeting of the Audit Committee - May 2015

On Monday, May 11, 2015, ANTAM’s Audit Committee held a special meeting which was attended by members of the Audit Committee, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and management.

The meeting discussed amongst other, progress of the Public Accounting Firm procurement SOP, special assignment of the Board of Commissioners and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
