Special Meeting of the GCG-NR Committee - February 2015

On Friday, February 6, 2015, ANTAM's GCG-NR held its special meeting. The meeting was attended by members of the GCG-NR Committee, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and management.

The meeting discussed amongst others, proposed remuneration of the Boards members for 2015 and performance incentive for 2014, review of the performance based management system for the fourth quarter of 2014 and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
