Special Meeting of the GCG-NR Committee - January 2015

On Friday, January 16, 2015, ANTAM’s GCG-NR held its special meeting. The meeting was attended by members of the GCG-NR Committee, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, proposed remuneration of the Boards members for 2015 AGM, Directorate KPI for 2015 and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM’s Board of Commissioners.
