Special Meeting of the GCG-NR Committee - January 2016

On Monday, January 18, 2016, ANTAM's GCG-NR Committee held its special meeting which was attended by members of the GCG-NR Committee and management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, detailed plan on GCG socialization at subsidiaries, remuneration of the Board of Directors and Board of Commissioners during the 2015 AGM, GCG assessment update and others.

RThe meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
