Special Meeting of the GCG-NR Committee - September 2014

On Monday, September 8, 2014, ANTAM's GCG-NR Committee held its special meeting. The meeting was attended by members of the GCG-NR Committee, Audit Committee, Risk Management Committee, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners and management.

The meeting discussed amongst others, finalization of the revision on Charter of the Board of Commissioners and Committees Charters, formulation of the KPI of the Board of Commissioners-level Committees and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
