Special Meeting of the Risk Management Committee - August 2014

On Tuesday, August 12, 2014, ANTAM's Risk Management Committee held a special meeting which was attended by member of the Risk Management Committee and management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, improvement of the SOP on capital injection on ANTAM's subsidiary, standard of the evaluation report of risk management, management of risk monitoring on risk mitigation at ANTAM's subsidiary, and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
