Special Meeting of the Risk Management Committee - December 2014

On Thursday, December 18, 2014, ANTAM's Risk Management held its special monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by members of the Risk Management Committee as well as ANTAM's management.

The meeting discussed amongst others, finalization of the standard format of the Board of Director's letter requesting approval from the Board of Commissioners related to letter of the Board of Commissioners No. 153/DK/SRT/V/2014, finalization of the job description of the Legal and Compliance Division for the formulation of the Legal & Compliance review related to letter of the Board of Commissioners No. 153/DK/SRT/V/2014, finalization and discussion of the standard report of the SPM division and final draft of the SOP on capital injection to subsidiaries as well as others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
