Jakarta, 16 February 2016 - PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ASX -ATM; IDX – ANTM; ANTAM) is pleased to announce that the company has opened Logam Mulia (LM) Gold Boutique in Yogyakarta which is located in Jl. Laksda Adisucipto 26 Gondokusuman, Demangan, Yogyakarta. The opening was officiated by Vice Governor of Yogyakarta Sri Paduka Kanjeng Gusti Pangeran Adipati Aryo (KGPAA) Paku Alam X and ANTAM’s Operations Director, Agus Zamzam Jamaluddin.

The Yogyakarta LM gold boutique is ANTAM’s 13th gold boutique. The opening of gold boutiques is one of ANTAM’s strategy to increase sales volume, corporate performance and support the company’s nickel and bauxite business. Previously, ANTAM has opened gold boutiques in Jakarta (2 outlets), Bandung, Surabaya (2 outlets), Makassar, Palembang, Semarang, Balikpapan, Banjarmasin, Medan and Bali. The Yogyakarta LM gold boutique also provides gold with batik motifs which was launched on December 16th, 2015. ANTAM’s gold with batik motifs is a specialty gold bar which is engraved with Indonesian Batik motifs.
ANTAM’s unaudited gold sales in 2015 surged 42% to 14,179 kg compared to 2014. ANTAM’s unaudited gold revenues in 2015 amounted to Rp7.31 trilion, an increase of 49% compared to 2014. ANTAM produces gold from its Pongkor and Cibaliung mines. ANTAM also refines gold from domestic third parties in its Logam Mulia Precious Metals Processing and Refinery Business Unit which is Indonesia’s only LBMA accredited facility.
