Board of Commissioners Meeting - December 2014

On Thursday, December 18, 2014, ANTAM’s Board of Commissioners held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM’s President Commissioner R. Sukhyar, Commissioner Zaelani, Commissioner Velix Vernando Wanggai, Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin, Independent Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana, President Director Tato Miraza, Development Director Hendra Santika, Finance Director Djaja Tambunan, Operations Director Tedy Badrujaman, GA and CSR Director I Made Surata and HR Director Hari Widjajanto. The meeting was also attended by the Secretary to the Board of Commissioners Susy Pasaribu.

The meeting discussed amongst others the progress of the Tayan CGA project, management report as of November 2014, plan and strategy in making the 2014 Annual Report and others.

The meeting is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM’s Board of Commissioners and is held at least once a month.
