GCG Committee Meeting - March 2014

On Thursday, March 20, 2014, ANTAM's GCG Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar who is also Chairman of GCG Committee, ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin who is also Vice Chairman of the Committee. ANTAM's Commissioner, Zaelani, started the meeting on behalf of the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the committee who were unable to attend the meeting on time due to other dutoes. The meeting was also attended by ANTAM's Operations Director, Tedy Badrujaman and GA & CSR Director, I Made Surata alongside managerial level employees.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, report on study of illegal miners conducted by the Faculty of Forestry of Bogor Agriculture Institute, report from the SVP Corporate Secretary/GCG Implementation Manager on follow up of 2013 GCG assessment (follow up to the GCG Committee meeting held of February 21, 2014: SOE parameter 1, 4 and 5; KNKG parameter 1,5,6,7 and findings on ACGS), progress on the formulation of ANTAM's 2013 Sustainability Report, progress on the formulation of the Memory Book of ANTAM's GCG Implementation, progress on the formulation of the GCG Road Map 1997 – 2020, monthly activity report for February 2014 and work plan for April 2014 and others.

The report is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners and is held regularly at least once a month.
