GCG-NR Meeting - February 2015

On Monday, February 23, 2015, ANTAM's GCG-NR Committee held its month meeting. The meeting was attended by R. Sukhyar (Chairman of the GCG-NR Committee), Independent Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana (Vice Chairman of the GCG Committee), members of the GCG-NR Committee and management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, monitoring and evaluation of the progress of ANTAM's CSR pending matters as of January 2015, monitoring and evaluation of the mine management and mine environment including PROPER, monitoring of the impmentation of salary structure and employee benefit inline with the business and market development, implementation, including monitoring and control, of GCG (CGP-MP-SOP) and Code of Ethics at the subsidiary, sub-subsidiary, Pension Fund, Pension Health Fund and joint venture, preparation of 2015 AGM and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
