Internal Meeting of the Board of Commissioners - May 2014

On Friday, May 30, 2014, ANTAM’s Board of Commissioners held its internal meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM’s President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar, Commissioner Zaelani, Commissioner Robert Simanjuntak, Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin, Independent Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana, Secretary of the Board of Commissioners, Susy Pasaribu, Consultant A. Dohar Siregar, and members of the Risk Management Committee, Brahmantio Isdijoso and Adi Djoko Guritno. Commissioner Velix Vernando Wanggai was unable to attend the meeting.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, risk management strategic issues, follow up to the resolution/conclusion/recommendation of the internal meeting of the Board of Commissioners dated April 25, 2014 and circular of resolutions of the Board of Commissioners, the appointment of the Chairman of the Whistleblowing Team as well as preparation of the Joint Meeting dated May 30, 2014.

The meeting is held regularly at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
