Joint Meeting of the Board of Commissioners-Board of Directors - November 2014

On Thursday, November 27, 2014, ANTAM's Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors held its joint meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner R. Sukhyar, Commissioner Zaelani, Independent Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin, ANTAM's President Director Tato Miraza, Development Director Hendra Santika, Finance Director Djaja Tambunan, Operations Director Tedy Badrujaman, GA and CSR Director I Made Surata and HR Director Hari Widjajanto. The meeting was also attended by Secretary to the Board of Commissioners Susy Pasaribu.

The meeting discussed amongst others follow up to the previous meeting resolutions, project development, management report as of October 2014, reserves development plan and others.

The meeting is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners and is held at least once a month.
