On Friday, November 29, 2013, ANTAM held the joint Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar, Robert Pakpahan (Commissioner), Velix Vernando Wanggai (Commissioner), Zaelani (Commissioner) and Laode M. Kamaluddin (Independent Commissioner), Tato Miraza (President Director), Hendra Santika (Development Director), Sutikno (HR Director), and I Made Surata (GA and CSR Director).

The meeting discussed, among others, discussion on the result of visit to PT Nusa Halmahera Minerals, development of PT Meratus Jaya Iron & Steel, development of the completion of Legal Protection SOP on internal documents, house keeping/safety and management performance report as of October 2013, report on the performance of ANTAM's Pensioner's Health Foundation, and others.
