Meeting of the Board of Commissioners - April 2014

On Friday, April 25, 2014, ANTAM held its monthly meeting of the Board of Commissioners. The meeting was attended by President Commissioner R. Sukhyar, Commissioner Zaelani, Commissioner Robert Simanjuntak, Commissioner Laode M. Kamaluddin and Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana. ANTAM's President Director Tato Miraza, Development Director Hendra Santika, Finance Director Djaja Tambunan, Operations Director Tedy Badrujaman, GA & CSR Director I Made Surata and HR Director Hari Widjajanto were also present. The meeting was also attended by the Secretary to the Board of Commissioners Susy Pasaribu and Senior Advisors A. Dohar Siregar and T. Sitorus.

The meeting discussed, among others, induction to the new members of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, market research on low nickel content industry, progress of the PT Meratus Jaya Iron & Steel project, preparation for the production of CGA, evaluation of ANTAM's 2020 Vision and plan for ANTAM's new Vision, management performance report as of March 2014, extension of efficiency program for 2014 and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
