Monthly Meeting of Audit Committee - January 2014

On Wednesday, January 22, 2014, ANTAM held its monthly Audit Committee meeting. Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee, Zaelani, was present at the meeting alongside ANTAM's management. Chairman of the Audit Committee, Laode M. Kamaluddin and ANTAM's Finance Director, Djaja M. Tambunan, were unable to attend the meeting.

The meeting discussed, among others, ANTAM's 2013 unaudited financial statements, ANTAM's subsidiaries' 2013 financial statements, discussion on land and building assets in former gold mine of Cikotok, discussion on land and building assets in Akehuda, Ternate, and others.

The meeting is a routine monthly agenda of the Audit Committee and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
