Monthly Meeting of Audit Committee - November 2013

On Thursday, November 21, 2013, ANTAM's Audit Committee held its monthly meeting for the month of November 2013. The meeting was attended by the Committee Chairman, Laode M. Kamaluddin who is ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Zaelani who serves as the Committee's Vice Chairman. He is also ANTAM's Commissioner. ANTAM's management and external auditor, PricewaterhouseCoopers also attended the meeting. The meeting discussed, among others, monitoring and discussion on the company's 2013 financial report and auditor's management letter, monitoring and discussion on the company's 2013 CSR report, progress monitoring of the external auditor's schedule, and others.

The meeting is a routine monthly meeting to be held at least once a month. The meeting is part of the Board of Commissioner's supervisory role.
