Monthly Meeting of Audit Committee - October 2013

On Thursday, October 24, 2013, ANTAM's Audit Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was led by ANTAM’s Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin who serves as the Audit Committee Chairman. The meeting was also attended by ANTAM's Commissioner, Zaelani who also serves as the Vice Chairman of the Committee. The meeting invited related parties at the management level. The meeting's agenda included, among others, discussion on unaudited financial statements and notes which would be published, discussion on audit report from the Financial and Development Supervisory Agency on ANTAM’s subsidiaries, discussion on audit report of Geomin Unit, evaluation on the effectiveness of internal control at business unit, discussion on the work plan of the Internal Audit Division year 2014 and others.

The meeting is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
