Monthly Meeting of GCG-NR Committee - August 2014

On Monday, August 25, 2014, ANTAM's GCG-NR Committee held its regular monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner, R. Sukhyar (Chairman of the GCG-NR Committee), Independent Commissioner Hikmahanto Juwana (Vice Chairman of GCG-NR Committee), members of the GCG-NR Committee and ANTAM's management.

The meeting discussed, among others, implementation of GCG principles at ANTAM's subsidiaries, follow up of the ASEAN CG Scorecard assessment at the Board of Commissioners level, implementation of the employee competency and leadership assessment and its relations to the preparation of nomination of structural level officers, discussion on the number and qualification of employees related to the workload, finalization of Committee's Charters, and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
