Monthly Meeting of Nomination, Remuneration and HR Development Committee - February 2014

On Tuesday, February 11, 2014, ANTAM's NRHRD Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's Independent Commissioner, Hikmahanto Juwana who is also the Committee Chairman, Velix Vernando Wanggai who is ANTAM's Commissioner as well as Vice Chairman of the Committee and Acting GA & HR Director, I Made Surata and managerial staffs.

The meeting discussed, among others, the implementation of HR management inline with the outsourcing regulation and mineral and coal mining law, formulation of carreer planning for structural and functional positions, placement of ANTAM's specialist inline with the latest reorganization and business development, evaluation of employee remuneration based on market and corporate development, progress and implementation of the development of Human Capital Information System (HCIS) and preparation of NRHRD Committee KPI evaluation.

The meeting is a regular monthly meeting held at least once a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
