Monthly Meeting of ANTAM's Nomination, Remuneration and Human Resources Development Committee with the Company's Management

On Tuesday, September 24, 2013, the Nomination, Remuneration and Human Resources Development Committee (NRHRD) of PT ANTAM (Persero) Tbk (ANTAM) held its monthly meeting, which was chaired by the committee’s Vice Chairman Mr. Velix Vernando and attended also by ANTAM's Human Resources Director Mr. Sutikno along with the company's related senior management officers. The meeting's agenda were the supervision of the implementation of trainings for ANTAM's specialist and functional officers; the completion of ANTAM's standard operating procedures and decree on the assignments of the company's subsidiaries' directors and commissioners; as well as the monitoring of ANTAM and subsidiaries' man power planning. The routine was part of the implementation of the supervision function of the Board of Commissioners at the company.
