Monthly Meeting of the Audit Committee - October 2014

On Friday, October 24, 2014, ANTAM's Audit Committee held its monthly meeting. The meeting was attended by Independent Commissioner, Laode M. Kamaluddin (Chairman of the Audit Committee), Commissioner Zaelani (Vice Chairman of the Audit Committee), members of the Audit Committee and management.

The meeting discussed the unaudited third quarter financial reports, evaluation on the proposed revision of 2014 budget, periodic report of the internal assessment and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory report of the Board of Commissioners.
