Pleno Meeting of the GCG-NR Committee - April 2015

On Tuesday, April 21 2015, ANTAM's GCG-NR Committee held its Pleno meeting. The meeting was attended by ANTAM's President Commissioner R. Sukhyar (Chairman of the GCG-NR Committee), members of the GCG-NR Committee and management.

The meeting discussed amongst others, evaluation and monitoring of the changes of the Articles of Association following the AGM resolutions, evaluation and monitoring of the employees KPIs and their relations with the employees salary and incentives, monitoring of the program and fund management of the PKBL and CSR in 2015 and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
