Risk Management Committee Meeting - September 2014

On Tuesday, September 23, 2014, ANTAM's Risk Management Committee held its monthly meeting which was attended by Commissioner Robert A. Simanjuntak (Chairman of the Risk Management Committee), members of the Risk Management Committee and management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, plan on borrow-use of heavy machineries, presentation of Internal Audit, progress of the improvement of the SOP on Capital Injection to Subsidiaries and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of the Board of Commissioners.
