Special Meeting GCG-NR Committee - February 2016

On Wednesday, Feburary 17, 2016, ANTAM's GCG-NR Committee held its special meeting which was attended by members of the GCG-NR Committee and management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, Long Term Incentive (LTI), 2015 IT audit results, Corporate Governance Statement criteria for 2015 Annual Report, ANTAM's GCG history book, GCG socialization plan on subsidiaries and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
