Special Meeting of the Audit Committee - August 2014

On Tuesday, August 12, 2014, ANTAM's Audit Committee held a special meeting which was attended by members of the Audit Committee, Secretary to the Board of Commissioners as well as management.

The meeting discussed, amongst others, discussion on the financial reports of ANTAM's subsidiary as of June 30, 2014, discussion of the follow up to the special audit of the Internal Audit, and others.

The meeting is held regularly at least twice a month and is part of the supervisory role of ANTAM's Board of Commissioners.
